Practicum : Najmudin Abd Aziz

0530 am at the morning I left my house leading to SK Kampung Tunku Petaling Jaya,journey takes one hour through the LDP highway ... I have to leave early in the morning to avoid traffic jam around Puchong and Petaling Jaya.Alhamdulillah, not many cars at this time and i arrived at 0630 am. . I stopped my car at Masjid Kg Tunku to pray first. 07.45 am,i moved to SK Kg Tunku to start the first session together with Ust Najmudin.

Supervision begins at 8.45 am.
In my supervision,Ust Najmudin have a good character,friendly , positive thinking and have a desire to move forward. However, there are many weaknesses in the first session and the important things  is in terms of writing instructional objectives,teaching language skills, the less attractive in delivery induction set, reasonable activity. Similarly, documentation aspects has yet to achieve satisfactory level ..
 
Hopefully he will be better in the second supervision sessions later.
